Doesn't it just figure?
I go all crazy with jewelry and fascinators and marketing and of course...OF COURSE...my tendonitis comes back with a vengeance. After making every effort to fix it on my own, it's become clear I need to go back to the doctor.
Surgery looms, I can feel it....
